The Family Values specialty license plate is available through your local Tax Collector’s Office or County Tag Agency.  You may select from the links below for contact and address information on all offices in your area.

When you renew your registration at your local tax collector’s office, simply let them know you wish to replace your current tag with a Family Values specialty license plate.  If it is not time in your tag’s cycle to replace the metal plate, you will pay a $19 plate switching fee.  The Family Values specialty tag costs $25 above the standard Florida tag plus a $2 processing fee.  The $25 is a tax deductible donation.  Make the switch today!  It will not cost any more if you switch during the year or wait until the renewal date.
